Knockdown type carport



PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knockdown type carport, which can be installed simply, in which execution works can be executed safely and extremely easily and the mounting strength of a roof is increased sufficiently and which has neat appearance and an excellent design. SOLUTION: In the knockdown type carport 10, the pole plate 5 of a shed type roof 1 is mounted at the upper end sections of eave-side supports 2 in an angle adjustable manner through pole-plate receiving members, and the upper end section of a ridge-side support 3 is set up to a ridge beam 6 through hinges. The pole plate 5 of the roof 1 and the eave-side supports 2, the ridge beam 6 and the ridge-side support 3 are coupled under the state, in which the roof 1 is brought down at an angle, where the ridge beam 6 side of the roof 1 is brought near to a ground surface G, at a built-up time, but the ridge-side support 3 is coupled with the ridge beam 6 under an approximately horizontal state. The roof 1 is erected so that the ridge beam 6 side of the roof 1 is heightened, the eave-side supports 2 and the pole-plate receiving members are fixed, and the ridge-side support 3 under an erected state is fastened onto the ground surface G. (57)【要約】 【課題】 カーポート組立て時に、脚立等を使用して高 所で行なっていた面倒でかつ危険性を伴う従来の組立て 作業を廃止する。カーポートの屋根を、これの棟桁側が 地面に近くなるように倒した状態で、屋根の構造材と支 柱とを結合する。施工作業の簡便化および安全性を向上 した組立て式カーポートを提供する。 【解決手段】 組立て式カーポート10は、片流れ式屋根 1 の軒桁5 が、軒側支柱2 の上端部に軒桁受け部材7 を 介して角度調節可能に取り付けられ、かつ棟桁6に棟側 支柱3 の上端部がヒンジ9 を介して取り付けられる。そ して組立て時には、屋根1 を、これの棟桁6 側が地面G に近くなる角度に倒した状態で、屋根1 の軒桁5 と軒側 支柱2 、および棟桁6 と棟側支柱3 とを連結するが、棟 桁6 には棟側支柱3 を略水平の状態に連結する。その 後、屋根1 をこれの棟桁6 側が高くなるように起こし て、軒側支柱2 と軒桁受け部材7 を固定し、かつ起立状 態の棟側支柱3 を地面G に固定する。
