(57)【要約】 【課題】揺動選別装置型籾摺選別機の玄米仕切板制御の 精度向上。 【解決手段】揺動選別板15での選別作業時には、籾・ 玄米判別センサ30は揺下側あるいは揺上側に移動しな がら籾・玄米の境界位置と検出し、境界検出位置に対応 する玄米仕切板18の目標仕切位置を決定して、玄米仕 切板18を目標仕切位置へ移動する。このような籾・玄 米判別センサ30の境界位置検出中には、境界検出時間 が計時されて、所定時間を経過しても籾・玄米の境界位 置検出が完了しない場合には、通常選別状態で玄米に籾 の混入しない安全仕切位置への移動指令を出力し、玄米 仕切板18を移動させる。 【効果】籾・玄米判別センサ30の不安定な検出状態で 検出に時間がかかるときにも、玄米への籾混入を防止し ながら、玄米仕切板18の仕切制御を継続することがで きる。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of the unpolished rice partition plate control of a shaking separator type husking separator. SOLUTION: A paddy-unpolished rice discrimination sensor 30 detects the boundary position between paddy and unpolished rice while moving to a minus sieve side or plus sieve side at the time of separating work at a shaking separating plate. This sensor determines the target partition position of the unpolished rice partition plate 18 corresponding to the boundary detection position and moves the unpolished rice partition plate 18 to the target partition position. The boundary detection time is measured during such boundary position detection of the paddy-unpolished rice discrimination sensor 30. When the boundary position detection of the paddy and the unpolished rice is not completed even after lapse of the prescribed time, a movement command to a safe partition position where the paddy does not enter the unpolished rice is outputted in a normal selection state to move the unpolished rice partition plate 18. As a result, the partition control of the unpolished rice partition plate 18 may be continued while the intrusion of the paddy into the unpolished rice is prevented even when it takes time for the detection in the unstable detection state of the paddy-unpolished rice discrimination sensor 30. Sensor may be decided at the time of restarting the work and, therefore, the accuracy of the unpolished rice partition plate control is improved and the safety of the work is improved.
