(57)【要約】 【課題】 ボールベアリング式歯科用エアータービンハ ンドピースなどの高速回転機器の転がり軸受装置とし て、生体安全性(生体為害性)、環境保全性(安全 性)、耐熱性(耐オートクレーブ)、耐久性などに優れ たものを提供する。 【解決手段】 少なくとも外輪、内輪、転動体、及び保 持器(リテーナ)からなる高速回転機器の転がり軸受装 置において、 (i).前記保持器(リテーナ)が、少なく とも一部に連通構造の気孔部(連通気 孔部)を有す る多孔質合成樹脂成形体で構成され、かつ、 (ii).前記 保持器(リテーナ)が、植物性不乾性油から成る潤滑油 で潤滑処理さ れて構成されたこと、を特徴とする高 速回転機器の転がり軸受装置。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for a high speed rotating apparatus such as ball bearing type air turbine handpiece for dentistry to be excellent in biological safety (biological harmfulness), environmental maintainability (safety), heat resistance (autoctclav resisting), and durability. SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing device for a high speed rotary apparatus consisting of at least an outer ring, an inner ring, a rolling body, and a retainer 44, the retainer 44 is formed of a porous synthetic resin molded product partially having a pore part (a communicating pore part) 44b of communicating structure and, and lubrication treatment is applied on the retainer 44 by using lubricating oil consisting of vegetable non-drying oil. A porous synthetic resin molded product having a pore part of communicating structure is selected from a polyimide resin molded product, having a pore part having porosity being a specific volume of 5-20% of phenol resin molded product having a fiber layer, having porosity being a specific volume of 5-20%, as a pore part of communicating structure.
